Aikarai Early Access terms
Aikarai is a publicly reachable beta for testing AI-built software, creator profiles, community features, and controlled commerce flows. Beta availability is not a guarantee of uptime, permanence, safety, quality, revenue, or future availability.
Use the beta safely
Do not submit passwords, keys, customer records, confidential business material, unlawful content, or personal data you are not authorized to provide. Features and synthetic beta records may be corrected, withdrawn, archived, or reset.
Creators and marketplace claims
Creators remain responsible for their rights, descriptions, disclosures, deliverables, support commitments, and lawful use. Seller-declared, processed, scanned, readiness, reputation, Spark XP, and achievement labels have their stated narrow meanings; none is a universal guarantee or professional certification.
Payments
When an eligible paid Copy shows a Buy action, Stripe hosts the real-money checkout and the listing states the exact price, rights, deliverable, seller and limitations. Controlled test activity is isolated and never represented as a sale, entitlement, payout or traction. Aikarai does not accept Bitcoin.
Safety and account action
Aikarai may restrict registration, sessions, publication, listings, services, or transactions to protect users, evidence, and the beta. Security reports belong in the security channel; product problems belong in Feedback.
