Aikarai privacy notice

Aikarai processes the minimum account, profile, security, product, conversation, transaction, and operational information needed to provide the features you request, protect the service, keep required evidence, and respond to lawful privacy requests.

Google sign-in

Google sign-in requests only openid, email, and profile. Aikarai uses the verified email and provider subject to authenticate or safely link an account. Provider subject and email comparison values are protected before durable storage. Google access tokens, refresh tokens, authorization codes, and ID tokens are not retained after the sign-in boundary.

Why information is retained

Account and product data supports the service you ask for. Security, audit, transaction, package, suppression, legal-hold, refund, and dispute evidence may be retained for their stated operational or legal purpose even when other account data is removed. Retention is purpose-limited and deletion conflicts are reviewed rather than silently discarded.

Providers and communications

Aikarai uses purpose-limited infrastructure, email, monitoring, identity, storage, and payment providers to operate the beta. Transactional email covers verification, security, purchases, refunds, disputes, and requested service activity. Marketing email is separate, off by default, and requires an explicit preference before activation.

Optional tool usage counts

The free tools hosted by Aikarai offer optional daily usage counts. They are off by default and apply only after you select the checkbox, for that open tool page. You can turn them off at any time; closing or reloading resets the choice. Depending on the tool, counts cover opening it, starting a real action, reaching a defined milestone, saving locally, requesting an export, copying a result or link, opening feedback or the catalogue, and detected errors. Each category is attempted at most once per open page. Only fixed product, action, language and campaign categories are added to daily totals; no drawing, file, entered text, personal details or visitor identifier is included. Existing same-origin security cookies and CSRF protection secure requests. Downloaded and offline copies do not send these counts, and the tools work without opting in. An export request does not confirm that a file was saved or installed; these samples are not unique or returning people or verified ad conversions.

Optional navigation counts

The main site also offers an unchecked navigation-sharing choice. Enabling it counts public page-category arrivals and category-to-category link clicks for up to 30 minutes in the current tab, with at most 50 attempts. The browser temporarily stores only your choice, expiry, previous page category, remaining limit and one fixed campaign category in tab storage. Turn it off to clear that choice; expiry or closing the tab ends it. No raw URLs, search terms, identifiers, form text or individual journey is stored in the daily totals. Account, operations, messages, checkout and unknown routes are excluded. Hosted tools separately count their page entry and feedback/catalogue exit clicks under their page-only choice; they do not carry consent to another page. Totals can include repeat or automated activity; clicks are not confirmed arrivals, and these samples are not unique visitors or verified ad conversions. Existing operational registration, download and route aggregates remain separate.

Your controls

Authenticated users can request an export, begin the safeguarded deletion process, review security sessions, and change optional marketing preferences. Requests may require identity confirmation and a retention review.
