ImagePress Local is a bilingual installable browser workshop for bounded JPEG, PNG and WebP batches. It resizes, preserves aspect ratio, re-encodes, compares byte sizes and downloads files individually or as a deterministic ZIP. Images never leave the device. SVG is rejected, decoded pixels and bytes are capped, and re-encoding removes metadata containers without claiming forensic removal of visible information.
