Terms of Use
Version 2026-10-21-beta-1 · in effect since October 21, 2026
Test (beta) version of 21 October 2026. Responsible for Arts & Care: Zilkar Baran. Contact: zilkarmvb@gmail.com.
1. What Arts & Care is
Arts & Care connects people with arts-based therapy professionals (such as art therapy and music therapy) for sessions and courses. It is in a test phase with invited participants: features may change, fail or be unavailable, and we may correct or delete test data.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Use true information, keep your password safe and do not share your account. You can sign in with email and password or with Google.
3. Professionals
The Arts & Care team reviews every application. Approval lets a professional publish a profile, services and courses, but it is not a certification: each professional is responsible for their own training, registration, practice and what they publish.
4. Sessions and courses
Confirmation, rescheduling and cancellation rules are shown on each service or course (for example, 24 hours' notice). Sessions are given by the professional; Arts & Care does not provide clinical care. Do not send health information through the site.
5. Payments
During this phase, payments use Stripe's test mode: no real money is charged. Before any real charge, we will present new terms.
6. Content and files
Only publish and upload what you have the right to use. Illegal, offensive or misleading content, or content that exposes other people, is not allowed. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms.
7. Not an emergency service
In a crisis or at risk, call your local emergency number (in Brazil: 188 CVV or 192 SAMU).
8. Limits
During the test phase the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always work.
9. Changes
When these terms change, we will show you the new version and ask you to accept it again. These terms are governed by Brazilian law.

1. Data we process
Account: name, email, language and password (stored in protected form) or, if you choose, name and email from Google. Your acceptance of these documents (version, date and language).
Professionals: application, public profile, services, hours, courses, stated qualifications and uploaded photos, videos, audio and documents.
Clients: sessions, enrolments, purchases and notices.
Payments: amounts, status and references; card details stay with Stripe, not with us.
Security: IP address, browser and technical access logs. We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
2. Why we use it
To create and protect your account, show profiles, book sessions and courses, email you about your account and bookings, process test payments and prevent abuse. Legal bases (Brazil's LGPD): performance of the contract, legitimate interest (security), legal obligation and, for Google sign-in, your consent.
3. Who we share it with
With the professional or client in a session or course (name and email, after confirmation). With providers that run the service for us: hosting (Vultr), email delivery (Resend), payments (Stripe) and sign-in (Google, only if you use it). Some are outside Brazil. We do not sell data.
4. Health information
The site does not ask for health information. Do not send it in texts, applications or files; discuss clinical details directly with the professional.
5. How long we keep it
While your account is active. Records required by law (such as payments) may be kept for the legal period. Test data may be deleted at the end of the test phase.
6. Your rights
Under the LGPD you can ask for confirmation and access, correction, anonymisation, blocking or deletion, portability, information about sharing, and withdraw consent. Write to zilkarmvb@gmail.com. You can also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
7. Changes
When this notice changes, we will show you the new version and ask you to accept it again.
